The Village Green Pages is your one-stop shopping directory of green products and services. Along with its sister site, www.Wisengreener.com, VGP is dedicated to helping concerned and discerning consumers find the products they want that work for them and the environment.
In designing the Wisengreener site, we quickly became aware of how difficult it can be to find local businesses catering to eco- and health-conscious consumers. It didn't mean there weren't plenty out there – just that there was no easy way to find them, much less to learn anything about them.
With Village Green Pages, consumers can browse by zip code, state, keywords and categories. We've even added an icon feature to let consumers know if the companies listed on our site are primarily in the natural/organic business, if they use sustainable and eco-friendly processing and production methods, and if they give back to the eco-community beyond making a good product. Today's consumer wants to know and businesses that go the extra miles should certainly get credit for their efforts. It's all about getting the right consumers hooked up with the businesses and organizations that have the products and services they need. Even in the eco world, it takes a Village – Village Green Pages to be exact.
